At Vie Perfumes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, after 3 days, we will no longer be able to process any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:
·      The item should remain unused, unopened, and in the original condition in which it was received.
·      The item should be returned in its original packaging.
·      It is essential to provide the receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
·      Returns should not be sent back to the original product manufacturer. All returns should be arranged directly with Vie Perfumes.

·      Opened compact discs, digital versatile discs, video home system tapes, software applications, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or bank account).
The duration for the refund to reflect in your account may differ based on your bank or payment provider.
Kindly be advised that refunds cannot be processed to alternative payment methods. Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method utilized at the time of checkout.

Delayed or Unreceived Refunds

Promotional Items
Refunds are only available for items that have been purchased at their full regular price. Regrettably, items designated as discounted, promotional, or clearance are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Items will only be replaced if they arrive in a defective or damaged state.

Gifts
If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a digital gift certificate will be sent to your email.
In cases where the item was not designated as a gift during the checkout process, or if the original purchaser had the order delivered to themselves prior to presenting it to you, the refund will be processed to the original buyer. The individual who provided the gift will receive a notification regarding the return.

The responsibility for covering the shipping cost of your return will fall on you, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). The delivery time for an exchanged product may vary based on your location.
For returns exceeding $50 in value, it is advisable to utilize a trackable shipping service or to acquire shipping insurance. Receipt of your returned item cannot be guaranteed without proof of delivery.
